Is the studio equipment included in the price?

Yes! Please check the Equipment page for more information. If you need more equipment we can rent more for you at an additional charge.

What is the cancellation policy?

A confirmed booking is not refundable. However, it can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48-hours notice before the original booking date. The rescheduled date must be within 60 days from the original booking date.

What happens if you need overtime?

Overtime is charged at 2x your normal rate per hour. Overtime rates increase when out of office hours. Overtime is not always available as there may be back-to-back bookings in the studio. Please let us know in advance if you think you may need overtime.

Does the studio have wifi?

The studio has 5G WiFi available.

Can the studio be blacked out?

Yes, we can black out the skylights. Please let us know in advance if you need the space to be blacked out.

Do we charge for colorama backdrops?

We charge for £20 per 2m of the coloramas, or £90 per roll. If you want any backdrop colour that is not available at the studio, we can order it for you as long as you've given us enough to notice for it to be delived before your booking.

What colour backdrops do we have in the studio?

What colour gels do we have in the studio?

We have a set of Rosco colour correction gels. We charge £20 for access to our entire collection. If we don't have the colour you desire we can order more with advance notice. More info.

Need to leave equipment in the studio overnight?

We charge £150/night if the clients need to leave their equipment/sets in the studio overnight.

Is the studio accessible for disabled persons?

Unfortunately our studio I and studio II are located on the first floor of a warehouse without a lift. Our Hither Green space is disabled person accessible.

Is there parking available?

There is no parking available in the building. However, there is street parking right outside the building. The charge is £4.5/hour on the weekdays and free on the weekends. It tends to be busier after 9am. You can also reserve private parking space on Justpark.

Do you have styling equipment?

The studio comes with styling equipment, K9 Professional Cloth Steamer, rail and hangers.

Will there be anyone to help out setting up lighting?

On arrival, you will be welcomed by the studio manager, who is going to give you an induction for the space and the equipment. The manager will be available to help if there are any technical problems throughout your booking. We provide lighting assistance for the day for £200/day.

Is the studio suitable for recording?

The studio is not soundproof. However, we are in a quiet building, suitable for short takes of audio.

Do we offer any beverages or snacks?

Our studio is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and a variety of tea is provided. The studio also has a microwave, a mini fridge and mugs, glasses and cutlery. We also provide catering at an additional cost more info.

Speaker?

The studio comes with a Beolit 20 Bluetooth speaker. We will ask you to respect our neighbours and keep the volume to a reasonable level.

Do you allow smoke or haze machines?

Our fire alarm system in Studio I and II are extremely sensitive. We recommend you bring in dry ice and the proper equipment to handle the substance for a smoke effect in these two studios. Please have the proper equipment and handlers, any damage that is caused by the dry ice will be charged accordingly. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring any machines or dry ice into any of our studios.

Are we pet friendly?

Yes we are pet friendly. We do ask that your animal companion is well behaved, on a lead in the community spaces of the building. That they are house (potty) trained. Any damaged caused by your pet will be charged accordingly.

Please let us know in advance if you plan on bringing your pet and what they are. We do not offer any pet food, please bring any snacks or food your companion requires.
