Health & Safety Guide

Welcome to our studio!

Your safety and comfort are our top priority. This guide outlines the key health and safety information for anyone using the space, including clients, models, students, and creatives.

Emergency Procedures

Emergency Exits: Clearly marked exits are located front and rear of the studio. Keep these areas clear at all times.

Fire Alarms: If the fire alarm sounds, please evacuate immediately via the nearest exit.

Assembly Point: Our designated meeting point is across the street by the hospital.

First Aid: A fully stocked first aid kit is available under the tea table. Please notify a staff member immediately in case of any injury.

Electrical & Equipment Safety

Do not plug or unplug lights or equipment unless you are familiar with the setup. If unsure, please check with a studio technician or team member first.

All electrical equipment is regularly PAT tested—please do not use your own equipment unless approved in advance.

Avoid touching hot lights or modifiers—some fixtures may get very hot during use.

Cables should remain taped down or covered. If you see loose cables, please notify us.

Studio Space Rules

No smoking or vaping inside the studio.

No open flames or hazardous materials unless approved and risk assessed in advance.

Always check that lighting stands, C-stands, and modifiers are properly weighted and secure before use.

Avoid leaving bags or personal belongings in walkways—please store items in designated areas.

Do not climb on furniture or props. Use the provided step ladders or ask staff for help.

For Models and Talent

Please notify us of any allergies, injuries, or health concerns before your shoot.

Regular breaks and hydration are encouraged. You are welcome to ask for a pause at any time.

We do not tolerate any inappropriate behaviour. If you feel uncomfortable for any reason, speak to a staff member immediately.

For Students and Guests

All visitors must follow staff instructions and respect studio rules.

Students must be supervised unless previously agreed.

Please do not operate heavy or unfamiliar equipment without guidance.

Always tidy your space after use—this includes backdrops, props, and any equipment used.
